Shipping & handling

Orders will often ship within two days depending on volume.  Australia Post delivery times are variable depending on your area.  If you have not received your parcel within a fortnight, please contact me via personal message, text message or email.

POSTAGE PRICES
Orders under $100 - $8.95 postage which includes tracking
Orders $130 & Over - FREE postage with tracking
Express postage - $15 with tracking (Express Post is a postage option not a rush order fee)

Orders typically ship within 2 business days. This is subject to purchase which falls on Public Holidays, Weekends or Festive Seasons such as Christmas, Easter etc.

We ship all orders in good faith and do not take any responsibility for orders that become lost in the mail, held in transit or in-transit to your postal address. Unfortunately these things are out of our control. Every endeavour is taken  to ensure the product is not damaged or faulty prior to posting the item to you. 


Refunds & returns
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Please read the description carefully and view photos. All questions and queries are welcomed. You can choose between a refund or exchange when goods are faulty.

As a general rule, refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the goods are returned to Lyn's The Jewellery Tree in the original condition and packaging intact within 21 days of purchase.
