Always check your SPAM/JUNK folder for communications from The Jewellery Tree

For some reason, sometimes the automated messages from the store end up in customer's email junk/spam folders. From time to time, customers contact me saying they have made an order but have had no communication confirming the order.  Similarly, when lovely customers contact me through the instant messaging "chat" on the website and I am not available, the replies will go via email and end up in the Junk/Spam folder.  Please, if you think you haven't heard from me, check your junk/spam folder.  I always endeavour to reply to my precious customers as soon as I can as  I appreciate you very much.  Thanks for stopping by :)
